Delivery & Returns

*COVID 19 UPDATE*

Due to delays in An Post service as a result of Covid 19 restrictions worldwide, deliveries may take a little longer than normal. I will send deliveries once a week and keep you well informed on the status of your delivery. If you have an urgent need, please send me a mail and I will do my best to accomodate :)

Delivery:

Your order will be processed upon receipt during regular working hours. All items will be sent first class by Royal Mail. Standard delivery will be delivered within 3-5 days. If you require the item quickly, just let me know and I can arrange express mail.

Damaged goods:

If the goods you receive have been damaged in transit or are faulty, please contact me by email within 7 days of receipt. I will advise on how to proceed. Please keep the packaging as you may be asked to return it. Goods must be returned within 28 days for full refund.

All other returns:

All other returns must reach me within 28 working days from the day you receive your order. Returns are at the sender's expense, unless the product is faulty, in which case I will refund both product cost and postage.
REFUNDS CAN ONLY BE MADE WITHIN A MAXIMUM OF 30 DAYS OF YOUR CARD BEING DEBITED.
